The Contractor will be required to ensure the completion of comprehensive re-assessments on an ongoing basis for Enrollees eligible for community-based LTSS and high-risk non- LTSS Enrollees using the timelines listed in Section 2.6.2.4.4. The comprehensive re-assessment will have the same content as the initial CFNA and must be fully updated at the time of re-assessment. The Contractor shall develop and submit to RI EOHHS a comprehensive re-assessment tool and scoring methodology, subject to RI EOHHS review and approval. 2.6.2.4.8.1.
