Chairman and Secretary. 3 Sec. 6. Problems or disputes between the Union and the Association 4 and/or the Employer shall be referred to the Union’s representative and the 5 contractor’s representative within eighteen (18) calendar days from the date 6 of occurrence. If they are unable to resolve the matter, it shall be referred to 7 the LMC.
