Chairman of the Board of Managers, President and Vice President. The Chairman of the Board of Managers, shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Managers. Unless the Board of Managers otherwise specifies, the Chairman of the Board of Managers shall preside, or designate the person who shall preside, at all meetings of members and of the Board of Managers. Unless the Board of Managers otherwise specifies, the President of the Company shall be the chief executive officer of the Company and shall have direct charge of all business operations of the Company and, subject to the control of the Board of Managers, shall have general charge and supervision of the business of the Company.   • President and Vice Presidents The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust. The president shall, subject to the control of the Trustees, have general charge and supervision of the business of the Trust. The chief executive officer shall also be the chief administrative officer of the Trust and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.
