Chairperson of Meeting. An Employer and a Union Representative shall be designated as joint chairpersons and shall alternate in presiding over meetings.
Chairperson of Meeting. 1. The Director-President of the Company shall act as the chairperson at the meeting.
Chairperson of Meeting. The Chairperson of the Board shall serve as the chairperson of General Meetings of Members. In the event that the Chairperson is absent or fails to serve as chairperson of any meeting of the Board of Directors, one of the other Majority Directors shall act as chairperson in accordance with the order of directors fixed by the Board.
Chairperson of Meeting. One of the Majority Directors shall always be nominated as the chairperson of the Board (the “Chairperson”).
