Common use of Change Control Procedure Clause in Contracts

Change Control Procedure. A. At any time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may propose a change or changes to any part or parts of this Agreement. B. The change control procedures set out in this Schedule will apply to all changes irrespective of whether the Contractor or the Client proposes the change.
