Change for Individual Officers. Whenever assigned days off or hours of work for less than an entire unit are rescheduled, the affected Officer(s) shall be notified at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the change. Prior notice shall not be required in emergency situations or in cases where such notice would unduly disrupt the operations of the Department. An “emergency” in this Article is defined as a time when there are not enough Officers to adequately staff the shift. It is not a violation of the seven (7) day rule if the change is by mutual agreement.

  • Resignation from Directorships and Officerships The termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason will constitute the Executive’s resignation from (i) any director, officer or employee position the Executive has with the Company or any of its Affiliates, and (ii) all fiduciary positions (including as a trustee) the Executive holds with respect to any employee benefit plans or trusts established by the Company. The Executive agrees that this Agreement shall serve as written notice of resignation in this circumstance, unless otherwise required by any plan or applicable law.

  • Additional Officers The Trustees from time to time may appoint such other officers or agents as they may deem advisable, each of whom shall have such title, hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as the Trustees may determine.
