Change In Benefit Carrier. 15.09 Should there be a change in benefit carrier of any or all of the employee benefits set forth in this Article, such change of carrier shall not itself result in a change in benefit levels.

Benefit Termination Any employee terminating employment shall be entitled to receive the District insurance contribution for the remainder of the calendar month in which the contribution is effective. In cases where separation occurs after completion of the employee’s full contract obligation (i.e. the end of the school/work year), benefit coverage will continue through August 31 of that year.

Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.
Salary Determination 12.5.1 A unit member shall receive a salary not less than the minimum salary nor more than the maximum salary (Articles 12.3 and 12.4) for the rank to which appointed, except as provided in Articles 4.15, 5.6, 10.6.1 or Article 10.6.1.1.
