Change in Job Titles or Classifications. Notice of any intent to add or delete classifications or job titles shall be given by the Employer to the Bargaining Agent. No employee shall be reclassified or reallocated to a lower classification until the Employer has notified the Bargaining Agent sufficiently in advance to allow comment or appeal.
