Common use of Change in Law and Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

Change in Law and Compliance with Laws. In the execution of the contract, Service Provider shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, laws governing labor, equal employment opportunity, safety, and environmental protection. Service Provider shall make itself familiar with and at all times shall observe and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations which in any manner affect performance under this contract. Any alterations, additions, or deletions to the terms of the contract that are required by changes in federal, state, or local laws, ordinances, or regulations are automatically incorporated into the contract without written amendment hereto, and shall become effective on the date designated by such law or by regulation.
