Change in Ownership Any change in ownership of twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the common stock of Borrower.
Change in Form of Business Organization 5 If during the term of this Agreement the form of CONTRACTOR's 6 business organization changes, or the ownership of CONTRACTOR changes, or 7 CONTRACTOR's relationship to other businesses dealing with CONTRACTOR under 8 this Agreement changes, CONTRACTOR shall promptly notify ADMINISTRATOR, in 9 writing, detailing such changes. A change in the form of business 10 organization may, at COUNTY's sole discretion, be treated as an attempted 11 assignment of rights or delegation of duties of this Agreement.
Status Change Upon the termination of the Optionee’s Employment, this Option shall continue or terminate, as and to the extent provided in the Plan and this Agreement.
Change in Business Borrower shall not enter into any line of business other than the ownership and operation of the Property, or make any material change in the scope or nature of its business objectives, purposes or operations, or undertake or participate in activities other than the continuance of its present business.
Crisis Management This coverage shall include the costs of managing the public relations outfall from most data breach scenarios.
Change in Control For purposes of this Agreement, a "Change in Control" shall mean any of the following events:
Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.
Obligations relating to Change in Ownership 5.3.1 The Concessionaire shall not undertake or permit any Change in Ownership, except with the prior approval of the Authority.
