Common use of Change in Premiums Clause in Contracts

Change in Premiums. SHP reserves the right to change the premium rates under this Contract at any time but no more than once in a twelve (12) month period. Written notice of premium rate change, or renewal notice, will be given to Group at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the change.
