Change in Residence at Option of Xxxxxx Highland Farms. If Xxxxxx Highland Farms reasonably determines that Your Residence needs to be vacated to permit repairs or renovations thereto, or needs to be modified or reconfigured to accommodate a new or different use of the Residence, or as a result of any other circumstances reasonably determined by Xxxxxx Highland Farms to justify such transfer, Xxxxxx Highland Farms may move You to a new Residence of a similar size provided that Xxxxxx Highland Farms (i) advises You prior to undertaking any such move, (ii) gives You reasonable notice of and time to prepare for such move, (iii) incurs all the costs of such move, (iv) arranges for the prompt and convenient moving of Your personal furnishings, and (v) either provides in such new Residence optional custom improvements comparable to those provided in Your original Residence or, at Your option, reimburses You for the depreciated value of such improvements.

  • NOTICE OF CHANGE OF RESIDENCE The Couple agrees to the following: ☐ - ALLOWED to Move. Either Spouse may move their residence by providing at least days’ notice. ☐ - NOT ALLOWED to Move. Neither Spouse shall be allowed to move their residence more than miles away from another without the other Spouse’s consent.

  • Change in Form of Business Organization If, during the term of this Agreement, the form of CONTRACTOR’s business organization changes, or the ownership of CONTRACTOR changes, or when changes occur between CONTRACTOR and other businesses that could impact services provided through this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall promptly notify ADMINISTRATOR, in writing, detailing such changes. A change in the form of business organization may, at COUNTY’s sole discretion, be treated as an attempted assignment of rights or delegation of duties of this Agreement.

  • Change of Residence The Employer agrees that when any full-time employee is required to move his/her residence for the "good of the state" after he/she has been permanently assigned, the actual moving expenses shall be borne by the Employer, in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services Manual of Procedure. Employees involved in voluntary moves or moves necessitated by promotion are liable for their own moving expenses.

  • Xxxxxxxx’s Notice Address The address to which Lender will send Borrower notice (“Notice Address”) will be the Property Address unless Xxxxxxxx has designated a different address by written notice to Lender. If Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx have agreed that notice may be given by Electronic Communication, then Borrower may designate an Electronic Address as Notice Address. Borrower will promptly notify Lender of Xxxxxxxx’s change of Notice Address, including any changes to Borrower’s Electronic Address if designated as Notice Address. If Lender specifies a procedure for reporting Xxxxxxxx’s change of Notice Address, then Borrower will report a change of Notice Address only through that specified procedure.

  • Benefits Upon Layoff or Separation (a) Subject to (b) and (c) below, regular employees who have completed three (3) months of service and who are receiving benefits pursuant to Section 1.1(c), 1.1(d), or 1.2 shall continue to receive such benefits upon layoff or separation until the termination of the illness or until the maximum benefit entitlement has been granted, whichever comes first, if the notice of layoff or separation is given after the commencement of the illness for which the benefits are being paid.

The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.

  • Notices; Xxxxxxxx’s Physical Address All notices given by Borrower or Lender in connection with this Security Instrument must be in writing.
