Notice to Centrelink. Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of employees, the employer shall notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
Notice to Centrelink. (a) Where a decision has been made to terminate employees in the circumstances outlined in the "Consultation Before Terminations" clause, the employer shall notify Centrelink as soon as possible giving all relevant information about the proposed terminations, including a written statement of the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected, the number of workers normally employed and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate Caregivers in circumstances of redundancy, the Employer shall, subject to the agreement of the Caregivers concerned, notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Caregivers likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate the employees in the circumstances outlined in subclause (a) hereof, the company shall notify the appropriate employment agency giving the relevant information, including a written statement of the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
Notice to Centrelink. (a) Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees in the circumstances outlined in the "Consultation Before Terminations" clause, and such a decision may lead to the termination of fifteen (15) Employees or more, the Employer shall notify Centrelink in accordance with section 660 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 before the terminations take place. The written notice must state the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the Employees likely to be affected, the number of workers normally Employed and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
Notice to Centrelink. An Employer must provide written notice to Centrelink as required by section 530 of the Act.
