Common use of Change of Address and/or Telephone Number Clause in Contracts

Change of Address and/or Telephone Number. It shall be the duty of each employee to notify the Employer promptly of any change in address and telephone number. If an employee fails to keep the Employer informed of his/her current address and telephone number, the Employer shall not be responsible for failure of a notice to reach such employee. With each employee’s permission the Employer shall provide the Union with the name and address of each bargaining unit employee.
