Common use of Change Of Drop-Off Location Clause in Contracts

Change Of Drop-Off Location. 5.1. If the Customer wishes to change the drop off location, the Customer must first obtain authorisation from Condor Campers. Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of $380.000 may apply which will be notified to the Customer at time of approval and is required to be paid immediately via credit card or bank transfer. The fee may apply in all cases irrespective of the reason for location change, even in the case of force majeure.
