Vehicle Pick Up. 2.1. The Lessor is obliged to provide the Renter with a vehicle in good technical condition, with all necessary documentation necessary for operation and at the time and place agreed upon in the Reservation or the RA. The vehicles are non- smoker and polluting the vehicle with smoke shall be charged in compliance with the current fee, at least 50 EUR. Any potential damage (defects, deficiencies, scratches etc.) of the vehicle, or any other objections, shall be claimed by the Renter before accepting the vehicle and shall be recorded in RA, or in the Driver's set damage list, or in the acceptance log, or in the check-out list when accepting the vehicle / check-in list when returning the vehicle (herein referred to as AL). The Renter shall confirm his/her acceptance of the vehicle by signing the RA or the AL, if handover is done later on. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not indicated in RA or AL. The Lessor is entitled to claim compensation for any such damage to the vehicle. Navigation systems in the Czech Republic are provided with a map of the Czech Republic.
Vehicle Pick Up. Drop-off
Vehicle Pick Up. Employees when required to pick up vehicles from Transportation in the performance of their duties are entitled to have their work schedule begin and end at the Transportation Department.
Vehicle Pick Up. What You Need To Bring. At the vehicle pick up we will ask you to present a valid method of payment, full valid driving licence and passport/ID/proof of address. If you will fail to comply with the requirements, you will not be able to rent the Vehicle with us and you will be treated as having cancelled the booking and liable for a cancellation charge. Changes At Time Of Pickup Any changes to your reservation at time of pick-up or anytime during the Rental Period will be by agreement only and may be a subject to a change of the rental rate and may involve an additional charge depending on the type of the booking. Deposits & Approvals We may require a security deposit/approval on your payment card. The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the type of the booking, vehicle category or the method of payment. Debit Card Deposits The minimum deposit on a Debit Card is £250.00 plus the estimated rental cost including all additional charges. The deposit amount is immediately debited from the cardholder's bank account and is held by us until the Rental Agreement is terminated and all rental charges and payments for Damage are cleared. Unless you settle all rental charges on return of the Vehicle you authorise us to allocate the monies held on deposit against such rental charges and Damage. We will refund you any excess held by us. Charges At Pick Up Your Rental Agreement will show any fees and charges applicable. Rental Charge The basic rental charge includes the daily rental charge for the vehicle for number of calendar days of the rental, third party liability insurance, collision damage waiver with excess, breakdown assistance, limited/unlimited mileage (depending on the applicable rate) Mileage Charge A mileage charge will be incurred if you exceed any mileage limitation set out in the Rental Agreement.
Vehicle Pick Up. 2.1. Vehicles are non-smoking and polluting the vehicle with smoke shall be charged in compliance with the current tariff of the Lessor, at least CZK 1,250. Any potential damage (defects, deficiencies, scratches, etc.) of the vehicle, or any other issues, shall be claimed by the Renter at the latest upon accepting the vehicle and shall be recorded in the RA, or in the Driver’s set Damage list, or in the acceptance log, or in the check-in/out list when accepting the vehicle, (herein referred to as the “AL”). The Renter shall confirm his/her acceptance of the vehicle by signing the RA or the AL, if handover is done at a later time. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not indicated in the RA or the AL. The Lessor is entitled to claim compensation for any such damage to the vehicle. Navigation systems in the Czech Republic are provided with a map of the Czech Republic.
2.2. By signing the AL, the Renter expresses his/her agreement that the vehicle fully complies with the RA, has no defects, or the vehicle only has the defects specified in the AL, and that he/she has been familiarized with all the conditions and rules for the use of the vehicle. The AL forms an integral part of the RA as of the day the AL is drawn up.
2.3. In a case of the RA concluded for a period of longer than 1 month, the Lessor reserves the right to replace the current vehicle with another vehicle of the same or otherwise corresponding category at any time during the duration of the RA. The Lessor undertakes to notify the Renter of such a change in writing at least 10 days in advance. In such a case, the Renter undertakes to provide the Lessor with all the necessary cooperation associated with the return of the current vehicle and the taking over of another vehicle. The return of the current vehicle and the taking over of another vehicle will be carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the relevant RA and in these T&C, unless otherwise specified by the Lessor.
Vehicle Pick Up. Employees when required to pick up vehicles from the District assigned vehicle pick-up location in the performance of their duties shall have their work schedule begin and end at the pick-up location. This provision shall not conflict with call-out provisions of this Agreement.
Vehicle Pick Up. Vehicles cannot be removed from the Seller’s lot until paid in full. Buyers arranging transportation services on their own, through TradeRev or a TradeRev Partner, must ensure that the Total Payment Amount is paid in full prior to pick up by the transportation service provider. Buyers are required to pick up vehicles within five (5) calendar days after a vehicle is marked “Arrived” in the TradeRev System. Failure to do so may result in arrangement of transportation or assessment of storage fees at TradeRev’s sole discretion, in each case at Buyer’s sole expense. For clarity, Customers are not entitled to charge storage fees for Vehicles transacted via the TradeRev System, whether or not such transactions are ultimately cancelled.
Vehicle Pick Up. 2.1. Any potential damage (defects, deficiencies, scratches etc.) of the vehicle, or any other objections, shall be claimed by the Renter before accepting the vehicle and shall be recorded in RA, or in the Driver's set damage list, or in the acceptance log, or in the check-out list when accepting the vehicle

Vehicle Pick Up. Return: Contractor must ensure this process is expedited and easy for the Traveler. At airport locations with counters, Contractor personnel will be available during terminal hours of operation to meet the standard of 90% of all incoming flights. For locations without airport counters, a courtesy phone or clearly identifiable sign indicating the telephone number to call for Contractors shuttle is required. Shuttle service pickup must be available within 15 minutes of Traveler’s notification to Contractor. Vehicle pickup should routinely be within a total of 30 minutes from initial contact with the Contractor.
