Common use of Change of Gauge Clause in Contracts

Change of Gauge. Subject to it performing the type of air transport for which it is authorised under this Agreement, on any sector or sectors of the routes in Section 1 of this Annex, any airline may perform air transport, including under co-operative marketing arrangements with other airlines, without any limitation as to change at any point or points on the route, in the type or number of aircraft operated.

Change of Gauge. Subject to it performing the type of air transport transportation for which it is authorised under this Agreement, on any sector or sectors of the routes in Section 1 of this Annex, any designated airline may perform air transporttransportation, including as a non-operating airline, under co-operative marketing arrangements arrangements, including code sharing, with other airlines, without any limitation as to change at any point or points on the route, in the type or number of aircraft operated, provided that, all operations involving change of aircraft shall be conducted in conformity with Article 11 of this Agreement.
