Common use of Change of General Terms Clause in Contracts

Change of General Terms. SORACOM may change the General Terms from time to time. If SORACOM changes the General Terms, SORACOM will notify the Subscriber (defined below) of such change by announcing the change on the website of SORACOM or such other method as may be separately specified by SORACOM. However, the Subscriber will receive an e-mail 30 days prior to any significant changes to the General Terms. If the Subscriber uses the SORACOM Private Network Service after such notice, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have consented to such change to the General Terms, SORACOM will apply the service fee and other service provision provided in such changed General Terms.
