Change of Interface Standard Charge. The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel a Change of Interface Standard Charge for each request for an IRS Tail Circuit Service to be provisioned with a new Interface Standard.

CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.
Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.
Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”). Change of Use Alter or change the use of the Facility or enter into any management agreement for the Facility other than the Management Agreement or enter into any operating lease for the Facility, unless Borrower first notifies Lender and provides Lender a copy of the proposed lease agreement or management agreement, obtains Lender’s written consent thereto, which consent may be withheld in Lender’s sole discretion, and obtains and provides Lender with a subordination agreement in form satisfactory to Lender, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion, from such manager or lessee subordinating to all rights of Lender.
NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
