Common use of Change of Premises Clause in Contracts

Change of Premises. The Licensee may make an application to the Manager in the appropriate form to change the Premises allocated approval of which is at the Manager’s discretion. A change of Premises fee (“Change of Premises Fee”) as set out in the Letter of Offer will be charged if the application is approved, but may be waived under exceptional circumstances by the Manager.
