Change of Qualifications. An employee who becomes entitled to an increment under this clause by reason of a change in qualifications shall provide Human Resources documentation satisfactory to the appropriate Xxxx in support of his/her claim. The increase shall be retroactive to the date of the change in qualifications, providing it does not exceed three (3) months. Human Resources shall inform the member in writing of his/her new step placement and maximum placement.
