Common use of Change of Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Change of Vehicle. Should the Vehicle booked be unavailable at time of pick up, Xxxxxx reserves the right to substitute an alternative Vehicle without prior notification and at no extra cost. This change of Vehicle shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle You to a refund unless Your Vehicle is unavailable and You are forced to take a downgrade. The amount of the eligible refund will be limited to the difference in nightly rates between your booked vehicle type and the substituted vehicle.
