Common use of Change of Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Change of Vehicle. Should the Vehicle booked be unavailable for any reason, Apollo reserves the right to substitute an alternative vehicle without prior notification and at no extra cost to You. This shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle You to a refund.
