Change Order Control. CHANGE ORDERS SHALL BE MANAGED THROUGH THE OWNER’S ORACLE’S CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (FORMERLY KNOWN AS EXPEDITION) SOFTWARE. The results of the trade-off studies shall be in report form and distributed to the Owner and Designer.
