Changes during stay. If the agreement with Safari Resort Beekse Bergen needs to be extended for longer than the agreed duration and Safari Resort Beekse Bergen agrees to this, then, besides an additional fee for the accommodation, also modification costs may be due. Safari Resort Beekse Bergen is always entitled to designate another Accommodation.

  • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.

  • Frequency and Duration There shall be an open enrollment period for health coverage in each year of this Agreement, and for dental coverage in the first year of this Agreement. Each year of the Agreement, all employees shall have the option to complete a Health Assessment. Open enrollment periods shall last a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days in each year of the Agreement. Open enrollment changes become effective on January 1 of each year of this Agreement. Subject to a timely contract settlement, the Employer shall make open enrollment materials available to employees at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the open enrollment period.

  • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.

  • COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION 3.1 This Agreement will commence on the 1 July 2019 and will remain in force until 30 June 2020, after which a new Performance Agreement and Performance Plan shall be concluded between the parties for the next financial year or any portion thereof. 3.2 The parties will review the provisions of this Agreement during June each year. The parties will conclude a new Performance Agreement and Performance Plan that replaces this Agreement at least once a year by not later than the beginning of each successive financial year. 3.3 This Agreement will terminate on the termination of the Employee’s contract of employment for any reason. 3.4 The content of this Agreement may be revised at any time during the above-mentioned period to determine the applicability of the matters agreed upon. 3.5 If at any time during the validity of this Agreement the work environment alters (whether as a result of government or council decisions or otherwise) to the extent that the contents of this Agreement are no longer appropriate, the contents shall immediately be revised.

  • Services During Certain Events In the event a third person begins a tender or exchange offer, circulates a proxy to stockholders, or takes other steps to effect a Change in Control, Executive agrees that he will not voluntarily terminate employment with Kaydon (or the Subsidiary then employing Executive) on less than three months written notice to the Chief Executive Officer of Kaydon, will render the services expected of his position, and will act in all things related to the interests of the stockholders of Kaydon until the third person has abandoned or terminated the efforts to effect a Change in Control or until a Change in Control has occurred.

  • Time off during notice period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment.   • Benefits Not Paid During Certain Periods General illness leave and short-term illness leave benefits will not be paid when an employee is: (a) receiving designated paid holiday pay; (b) on suspension without pay; (c) on a leave of absence without pay, other than leave of absence for Union business pursuant to Article 14 of the Agreement or in the case of circumstances covered under Article 22.05.

  • Effective Date and Duration When all Parties have executed this Grant, and all necessary approvals have been obtained (“Executed Date”), this Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will expire on June 30, 2021.

  • Rejection During Probation ‌ (a) The Employer may reject any probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Clause 10.
