Changes in Design and T&Cs Generally. Seller reserves the right to modify the design and construction of the product to incorporate improvements or to substitute material equal or superior to that originally specified. Additionally, we may revise and update these T&Cs from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Sites thereafter.

  • MINOR CHANGES IN THE WORK 7.4.1 The Architect will have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving adjustment in the Contract Sum or extension of the Contract Time and not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. Such changes shall be effected by written order and shall be binding on the Owner and Contractor. The Contractor shall carry out such written orders without delay.

  • Records Generally Xxxxxx agrees to keep and to have in its possession complete and accurate books and records showing the production and disposition of any and all substances produced on the leased land and to permit Lessor, at all reasonable hours, to examine the same, or to furnish copies of same to Lessor upon request along with purchaser's support documentation.
