Changes in Staff. The Contract Administrator has the reasonable right to approve or disapprove any proposed changes in Xxxxxxxxx’x staff from the individuals named in this Agreement. The Contract Administrator shall be provided with a resume of any proposed substitute and shall be given the opportunity to interview that person prior to his or her decision to approve or disapprove.

Changes in Staff. The Consultant will advise the Village not less than thirty (30) days in advance of any proposed changes in the Consultant's staff assignment to enable the Village an opportunity to discuss such proposed changes with the Consultant.
