Changes in Staff. The Contract Administrator has the reasonable right to approve or disapprove any proposed changes in Xxxxxxxxx’x staff from the individuals named in this Agreement. The Contract Administrator shall be provided with a resume of any proposed substitute and shall be given the opportunity to interview that person prior to his or her decision to approve or disapprove.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE Any changes in the scope of the Services to be performed under this Contract shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, mutually agreed to and signed by both parties, specifying any such changes, fee adjustments, any adjustment in time of performance, or any other significant factors arising from the changes in the scope of Services.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES Only the Xxxxxx County Board of Supervisors has the authority to agree to any extension of time, change order, change in the scope of work, change in the contract price, or other term or condition affecting either Contractor's or County's duties set forth herein. Adjustments in compensation, if any, shall be determined through negotiation between the parties to the Agreement and are subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors.
