Changes or Alternations to Public Body Facilities. If Public Body is required to or decides to make changes or alternations to its facilities/buildings for any reason, then Public Body is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with moving or relocating hardware/equipment used to access CLEMIS or with moving or relocating the medium/connectivity, e.g., fiber, wireless connections, ISDN Lines, T1 Lines, etc., used to access CLEMIS.
