Common use of Changes to Building Clause in Contracts

Changes to Building. The Landlord hereby reserves the right at any time and from time to time to make changes in, additions to, subtractions from or rearrangements of the Building including, without limitation, all improvements at any time thereon, all entrances and exits thereto, and to grant, modify and terminate easements or other agreements pertaining to the use and maintenance of all or parts of the Building and to make changes or additions to the pipes, conduits, utilities and other necessary building services in the Leased Premises which serve other premises, provided that prior to the commencement of the Term, the Landlord may alter or relocate the Leased Premises to the extent found necessary by the Landlord to accommodate changes in construction design or facilities including major alterations and relocations. The Landlord agrees that in performing such alterations, it shall do so in a manner so as to minimize any material interference with the Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Leased Premises. The Landlord shall also have the right during the Term at its reasonable expense to relocate the Leased Premises to an alternate location within the Building.
