Changes to Class Specifications. If the Employer determines that class specifications are to be changed, added to, deleted, or amended, notification of proposed new or revised specifications accompanied by a copy of the current specifications shall be furnished to the Union by the Employee Services Department at least ten (10) days prior to approval of the new or revised specification unless concurrence is received prior to the conclusion of the ten (10) day period. After approval, a copy of the new or revised specification will be forwarded to the Union.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work.
