Changes to Operating Procedures. Seller understands and acknowledges that the requirements of Appendix D are subject to change by Buyer from time to time and, upon receipt of Notice of any such changes, Seller agrees to work in good faith to implement any such changes as reasonably deemed necessary by Buyer; provided that such change does not result in an increase cost of performance to Seller other than de minimis amounts.
