Changes to Operations. Changes to the operating procedures shall be accomplished through revision to the SOP. Each approved SOP change shall be deemed to be automatically incorporated into the Agreement by reference without need for a contract amendment upon the Director’s written approval in accordance with Section 4.6.4.
