Changes To Performance Review. If either party requests that a change be made to the performance review system in place at the time of this Agreement a Subcommittee shall be formed of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives, with the purpose of determining an adjustment to, or replacement of, the current performance review system. Such a request will be made through the relevant Leadership Committee, which shall be charged with determining a schedule for the Subcommittee, and approving the changes or replacements proposed by the Subcommittee. Nothing in this section should be construed to prohibit the School from complying with laws, regulations, or directives issued by government authorities relating to performance evaluations.
