Changes to Policies and Procedures and/or Terms and Conditions. HEALTHeLINK may amend, repeal, and/or replace the Policies and Procedures or Terms and Conditions at any time, and from time to time, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Participants, unless an earlier effective date is required by law. Subject to Section 3.5 (Request for Reconsideration or Termination Based on Objection to Change) below, any change to the Policies and Procedures and/or Terms and Conditions shall be legally binding upon HEALTHeLINK and Participants, as of the effective date of the change, which shall not be earlier than thirty (30) days after notice is provided to Participants, unless an earlier effective date is required by law.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions Reserving the right to change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the School. The School will send you notice of any such modifications prior to the end of the penultimate term before the modifications are to take effect.

  • Changes in Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement in our sole discretion and from time to time. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.
