Changes to Policies and Procedures and/or Terms and Conditions. HEALTHeLINK may amend, repeal, and/or replace the Policies and Procedures or Terms and Conditions at any time, and from time to time, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Participants, unless an earlier effective date is required by law. Subject to Section 3.5 (Request for Reconsideration or Termination Based on Objection to Change) below, any change to the Policies and Procedures and/or Terms and Conditions shall be legally binding upon HEALTHeLINK and Participants, as of the effective date of the change, which shall not be earlier than thirty (30) days after notice is provided to Participants, unless an earlier effective date is required by law.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions Reserving the right to change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the School. The School will send you notice of any such modifications prior to the end of the penultimate term before the modifications are to take effect.

In the event Company becomes in default of the following requirements, Authority reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary to protect its interests.   • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites. ii) Only the designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee in regard to discipline, reporting to the College of Nurses of Ontario and/or investigations of family/resident complaints. iii) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by WSIB at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. iv) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by liability insurance at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. v) The designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee’s personnel files and health records. These files will be maintained on the site of the designated employer.

  • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the policies and procedures of the Company and IAC as they may exist from time to time.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS. An RFQ for this Lot will be awarded based on, and result in, a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW) which will be incorporated into an Authorized User Agreement. The RFQ will include but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User. All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour, etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy.
