Common use of Changes to Shell of Building Clause in Contracts

Changes to Shell of Building. If the Final Plans or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shell, the increased cost of the Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “Allowance” described in Section 5 below.

If the Final Plans or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shellshell (to the extent such changes are not part of Landlord’s Work, or otherwise required as a result of any existing violation of law or any existing latent or patent defect), the increased cost of the Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “Allowance” with Tenant’s review and written authorization, as described in Section 5 below.

If the Final Plans or any amendment amendments thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shell, the increased cost of the Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “"Allowance” " described in Section Paragraph 5 below.

If the Final Plans or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shellshell (to the extent such changes are not required as a result of any existing violation of law or any existing latent or patent defect, or any Landlord’s obligation under Section 10 of the Second Amendment), the increased cost of the Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “Allowance” with Tenant’s review and written authorization, as described in Section 5 below.

If the Final Plans or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shell, the increased cost of the Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “Allowance” Allowance described in Section 5 below.

If the Final Plans or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shell, the increased cost of the Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “Allowance” described in Section 5 below, excluding any changes due to Existing Building Defects or Violations which shall be borne solely by Landlord and shall not reduce the Allowance available to Tenant.

If the Final Plans or any amendment thereof or supplement thereto shall require changes in the Building shellBase Building, the increased cost of the Base Building shell work caused by such changes will be paid for by Tenant or charged against the “"Allowance” " described in Section Paragraph 5 below.
