Changes to the Cloud Service. Rhapsody regularly updates the Cloud Service and reserves the right to discontinue, add and/or substitute functionally equivalent features in the event of product unavailability, end-of-life, or changes to software requirements provided that the proposed changes will not result in a material reduction in the level of performance or availability of the Cloud Service.

Changes to the Cloud Service. Delinea may make changes to the functionality, user interface, usability of the Cloud Service and related Documentation from time to time. In the event of any material adverse change to the functionality, user interface or usability of the Cloud Service, Customer shall have the right, as its sole remedy in the event of such change, to terminate the Agreement and receive a pro-rata refund of the fees prepaid by Customer for the Cloud Service for the terminated portion of the Subscription Term.
