Updates and Enhancements. NetBrain shall, on a when and if available basis, provide Customer such Updates and/or Enhancements as it provides to other customers for the Programs without additional charge from time-to-time.
Updates and Enhancements. 9.1. FIATA may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, modifications or bug fixes for FIATA Services and/or the Paperless Tracked FIATA BLs during the Agreement Term. Any such updates, modifications or bug fixes will be deemed part of FIATA Services and/or the Paperless Tracked FIATA BLs and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
9.2. The User is not obligated to make or provide FIATA with any error reports, evaluation, suggestions, enhancements, recommendations, or other feedback. To the extent that the User does so, FIATA may use such feedback without obligation to the User and the User hereby irrevocably assigns to FIATA all right, title and interest in such feedback.
Updates and Enhancements. Hyland shall provide to Licensees and Licensees may provide to their customers who have acquired a sublicense for the Licensed Check Products, such updates, releases, enhancements and improvements as Hyland may develop or develop for Licensees pursuant to Section 5.1. Except as provided in Section 5.1, no compensation shall be due to Hyland in respect of such updates, releases, enhancements and improvements. During the term of this Agreement, and pursuant to Section 5.1.4, Hyland and Licensees, by and through the designated relationship manager, shall agree upon a reasonable development and support schedule for Hyland upgrades and enhancements to be developed by Hyland under 5.1.4 for the Licensed Check Products. Hyland will maintain the Licensed Check Products in such a manner as is reasonably required to keep it compatible with the system software and hardware systems with which they are designed to perform according to the published system requirements for the Licensed Check Products by Hyland. Further, if Hyland develops support for an additional operating system for its OnBase archiving product which is not supported for the Licensed Check Confidential Treatment Requested products at the date of this Agreement, at no expense to Licensees, Hyland will provide Licensees with an upgrade for the License Check Products to support such additional operating system.
Updates and Enhancements. 21.11.1. In the event that Exchange makes any Update available for release at any time during subsistence of this Agreement then provided the Customer is not in breach of this Agreement Exchange may at its discretion provide a copy of such Update to the Customer without charge and Install same on the System.
21.11.2. If any Update is supplied to the Customer, the Customer shall promptly allow Exchange to Install the Update on each copy of the Software in use by the Customer.
21.11.3. If the Customer does not permit the installation of an Update onto the System within thirty (30) days from the date the Update was provided, (including, where necessary, a temporary shutdown of the System to allow the Update to be Installed), and where such Update remedies a Fault previously registered with Exchange, or which the Customer would not have suffered had the Update been so Installed, then Exchange shall not be obligated to remedy the Fault through other means and any service levels or response times applicable to the Fault shall not apply.
Updates and Enhancements. HYLAND shall provide to ITI and ITI shall provide to those Customers who have acquired a license for the Products, such updates, releases, enhancements and improvements as HYLAND may develop and make generally available to its other customers. No further or additional compensation shall be due to HYLAND in respect of such updates, releases, enhancements and improvements, provided, however, nothing herein shall be construed as obligating HYLAND to provide new products without compensation pursuant to Article III of this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, HYLAND shall use its best efforts to maintain and improve the Products to ensure their continued commercial viability and shall in any event maintain the Products in such manner as is necessary to keep them compatible with the then current system software of the hardware with which they are designed to perform. Updates and Enhancements. This Order includes the provision for only those updates and enhancements to the Software and Documentation that are made generally available to CSC’s other customers receiving such Software.
Updates and Enhancements. To the extent that T2 Systems releases an updated or enhanced version of the Software during the Subscription Term, T2 Systems will make the updated version of the Software available for download at no additional charge.
Updates and Enhancements. 12.1 Apart from any Updates to notify revisions to the fee schedules of Medicare Australia, MedicalDirector does not warrant that any Updates of the Applications will be released during the Subscription Period.
12.2 MedicalDirector may (but is not required to):
(a) provide standard or progressive Updates, changes or amendments to the Applications as MedicalDirector sees fit to ensure proper operation and interaction of all parts of the Applications and any general enhancements that may be introduced; and
(b) offer new services and features for the Applications, which will be subject to this XXXX.
12.3 MedicalDirector does not warrant the accuracy of the revisions to the fee schedules of Medicare Australia which are provided on the basis of information supplied to it/published by Medicare Australia.
12.4 MedicalDirector’s obligations to provide Updates relate only to the Applications, and not to any hardware or third party software used in conjunction with the Applications, nor to the extent the Applications have been modified by anyone other than MedicalDirector.
Updates and Enhancements. From time to time, U-SHIP may offer updates and/or enhancements to the U-SHIP Software. Updates are features, minor enhancements, or problem corrections that are added to the U-SHIP Software and which shall be issued periodically to KINKO'S for no additional cost. U-SHIP may also develop additional features that add significant functionality to the U-SHIP Software which may be licensed separately as enhancements. If KINKO'S elects to purchase a license for an enhancement, KINKO'S shall be charged the then current price therefor, and such enhancements shall be covered by the terms of this Agreement.
Updates and Enhancements a. Customer will receive updates of the MEDITECH Software on a schedule as prescribed by MEDITECH. A minimum of thirty (30) days notification will be given prior to all software updates so adequate preparation and education can occur. Some downtime is expected and will vary according to the nature of the update. An estimate of the downtime will be provided as part of the update notification. MEDITECH will provide education remotely via online tools and/or with appropriate materials in advance. Customer will be required to take these updates and bring them Live in accordance with MEDITECH’s schedule.
b. MEDITECH will provide updates to any third party component covered under this subscription similarly on a schedule as prescribed by MEDITECH. Notification will be given prior to all third party updates so adequate preparation and education can occur. Some downtime is expected and
c. MEDITECH shall make available to Customer all enhancements of the MEDITECH Software which MEDITECH makes generally available to its Customers that subscribe to The Service. Enhancements include all amendments, corrections, and updates to the MEDITECH Software. MEDITECH will provide education of these enhancements as described below.
d. MEDITECH acknowledges that Federal and State governments may mandate compliance by Customer with various regulatory requirements, some of which may necessitate modifications to the MEDITECH Software. Therefore, MEDITECH will, as far as technically feasible and within a reasonable period of time, modify the specific software capabilities of the MEDITECH Software documented within the attached Exhibit II so that Customer may comply with mandated Federal and State requirements to which it is subject. Customer acknowledges that certain regulations may require third party software, services, or content to meet certain requirements. (NOTE: MEDITECH reserves the right to charge Customer for additional functional capabilities beyond that documented in Exhibit II; however, MEDITECH will exercise its best efforts to minimize any such charges.)
