Changes to the Project 9.1 All Changes must be approved by the Secretary of State prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. Changes to the Work 7.1 Changes to the Work may be accomplished by preparation of and execution of a change order or construction change directive. Change orders or construction change directives will be preceded by a change proposal request initiated by the Architect. The Construction Manager shall provide prices and details within 30 days of receipt of a change proposal request, and the Architect shall forward the completed change proposal request to the Owner within 15 days after receipt of the information provided by the Construction Manager.
