Changes to Your Business. You agree to keep the Information which you provide to us in connection with your Merchant Account accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your Merchant Account with any changes affecting you, the nature of your business activities, your Delegates, directors, beneficial owners, principals, or any information which contradicts, invalidates or differs from the Information submitted by you when applying for a Merchant Account. We may suspend your Merchant Account or terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with this requirement.
Changes to Your Business. Keeping your Stripe Account Current: You agree to keep the information in your Stripe Account current. You must promptly update your Stripe Account with any changes affecting you, the nature of your business activities, your Representatives, beneficial owners, principals, or any other pertinent information. We may suspend your Stripe Account or terminate this Agreement if you fail to keep this information current. You also agree to promptly notify us in writing no more than three days after any of the following occur: you are the subject of any voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy or insolvency application, petition or proceeding, receivership, or similar action (any of the foregoing, a “Bankruptcy Proceeding”); there is an adverse change in your financial condition; there is a planned or anticipated liquidation or substantial change in the basic nature of your business; you transfer or sell 25% or more of your total assets, or there is any change in the control or ownership of your business or parent entity; or you receive a judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or execution, lien or levy against 25% or more of your total assets.

You must promptly update your XxxXxxx.xx Account with any changes affecting you, the nature of your business activities, or any other pertinent information. We may suspend your XxxXxxx.xx Account or terminate the Agreement if you fail to keep this information current.
Changes to Your Business. Keeping your Account Current. You agree to keep the information in your Program Account current. You must promptly update your Program Account with any changes affecting you, the nature of your business activities, your Representatives, your Principal Owners, your principals, or any other pertinent information. We may suspend your Program Account or terminate this Agreement if you fail to keep this information current. You agree to promptly notify us (or, in the case of Platform Companies, your Platform Provider) in writing no more than three days after any of the following occur: (a) you become subject to any voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy or insolvency application, petition or proceeding, receivership, or similar action; (b) there is an adverse change in your financial condition; (c) there is a planned or anticipated liquidation or substantial change in the basic nature of your business; (d) you transfer or sell 25 percent or more of your total assets or there is any change in the control or ownership of your business or parent entity; or (e) you receive a judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or execution, lien, or levy against 25 percent of more of your assets. You further agree that while acting as the Platform Provider, you shall promptly forward all information received from your Platform Companies under this Section to Reap in accordance with the timeframe set forth above.

You must promptly update your SWiM PAY Account with any changes affecting you, the nature of your business activities, your Representatives, beneficial owners, principals, or any other pertinent information. We may suspend your SWiM PAY Account or terminate this Agreement if you fail to keep this information current. You also agree to promptly notify us in writing no more than three days after any of the following occur: you are the subject of any voluntary or involuntary insolvency petition or proceeding, receivership, bankruptcy, or similar action; there is an adverse change in your financial condition; there is a planned or anticipated liquidation or substantial change in the basic nature of your business; you transfer or sell 25% or more of your total assets, or there is any change in the control or ownership of your business or parent entity; or you receive a judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or execution, or levy against 25% or more of your total assets.
