Changing Participation Percentages. The Participation Percentages may be evaluated by staff, in coordination with the Activity Participants and any ad-hoc working groups, from time to time, in order to consider new information concerning the relative contribution or responsibility of each Activity Participant. Any staff and/or ad-hoc working group-recommended revisions shall be presented to the Activity Participants for approval as provided in Section 6.
Changing Participation Percentages. The Participation Percentages may be evaluated by the parties from time to time, in order to consider new information concerning the relative contribution or responsibility of each Activity Agreement Member. The Participation Percentages may be changed upon (1) prior written agreement of all Activity Agreement Members and the Authority, or (2) immediately upon withdrawal by an Activity Agreement Member pursuant to Section 11.
Changing Participation Percentages. The Participation Percentages shall be revised in response to the withdrawal of one or more Activity Agreement Members pursuant to Section 14 of this Activity Agreement. Upon withdrawal of one or more of the Activity Participants from participation in this Activity Agreement, the remaining Activity Participants agree that each of them will be allocated an equal share of all Activity Agreement Expenses and all remaining rights in the Reservoir Expansion Project held by the Authority for Activity Participants.
Changing Participation Percentages. The Participation Percentages may be evaluated by the Management Committee from time to time, in order to consider new information concerning the relative contribution or responsibility of each Activity Participant towards achieving the sustainability goal established in the GSP, with a vote to recommend revisions as provided in Section 6.4b(4). Any such Steering Committee-recommended revisions shall be presented to the Activity Participants for approval as provided in Section 7.2b.
