User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.
Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person. Member Information a. ODM, or its designee, will provide membership notices, informational materials, and instructional materials to members and eligible individuals in a manner and format that may be easily understood. At least annually, ODM or its designee will provide current MCP members with an open enrollment notice which describes the managed care program and includes information on the MCP options in the service area and other information regarding the managed care program as specified in 42 CFR 438.10.
Consumer information The Retailer will on reasonable written request from the Distributor, and within a reasonable timeframe, provide the Distributor with such Consumer information as is reasonably available to the Retailer and necessary to enable the Distributor to fulfil its obligations in accordance with this agreement. - CLEC INFORMATION CLEC agrees to work with Qwest in good faith to promptly complete or update, as applicable, Qwest’s “New Customer Questionnaire” to the extent that CLEC has not already done so, and CLEC shall hold Qwest harmless for any damages to or claims from CLEC caused by CLEC’s failure to promptly complete or update the questionnaire.

Other Confidential Consumer Information Party agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to and uses of personal information relating to any beneficiary or recipient of goods, services or other forms of support. Party further agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute and other regulations respecting the right to individual privacy. Party shall ensure that all of its employees, subcontractors and other service providers performing services under this agreement understand and preserve the sensitive, confidential and non-public nature of information to which they may have access.
