Chargeability Guidelines. Advertiser will pay the price per call specified in the applicable Order (the “Price Per Call”) for every Qualified Call. Except as otherwise specified, the Price Per Call shall be in addition to any subscription amounts applicable to the PPC Services. Publisher’s Chargeability Guidelines can be accessed at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/documents/Help/Popup/Popup_ChargedCallRules.asp. Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that the Price Per Call is charged for Qualified Calls meeting Publisher’s Chargeability Guidelines, regardless of the nature of the calls or Advertiser’s ability to convert the calls into sales. Any dispute with respect to the legitimacy or chargeability of any particular call must be brought promptly by Advertiser (but under no circumstances later than ninety (90) days from the date of such call) or it shall be deemed to have been waived by Advertiser.

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.
