Chargeable Time. Chargeable time for Customer shall begin when the called party answers, as determined by answer supervision, provided that such capabilities are available from the local telephone company. If answer supervision is not available and the duration of a call is at least one hundred and fifty (150) seconds, WilTel will bxxx for such call for a duration of one hundred and twenty (120) seconds (inclusive of a thirty second call setup time). Chargeable time for a call shall end upon disconnection by either party.

Chargeable Time. Chargeable time for Consultant's personnel is that portion of their time devoted to providing services requested by Client. Chargeable time for field personnel located away from Consultant's office for more than one week is a minimum of eight hours per day and five days per calendar week, except for Consultant observed legal holidays or during an employee's sick leave or vacation time. Travel time from Consultant's office to an assigned work site, and return to Consultant's office, is chargeable time; or if more economical for Client, Consultant shall lodge its personnel overnight near the work site in lieu of traveling back to Consultant's office at the end of each work day.
Chargeable Time. Chargeable time is time the Photographer uses in order to determine the final price of the photography session.
