CP Costs Payments On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.
Fees Payments See Appendix "A" Appendix "A" pricing is for standard project and may change based on client negotiations, which will be discussed in advance. Payment is made to Nikoways within 30 days of ABJ’s receipt of payment from the Client.
Expense Payments and Reimbursements The Bank will reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank.
Disbursements Payments and Costs 5.1 Request for Credit. Each request for an advance under the Line of Credit will be made by a disbursement request in a form acceptable to Bank executed by an Authorized Officer, or by any other means acceptable to Bank.
Payments and Fees Customer must pay the Fees according to the payment terms in the Sales Order in the currency stated. All invoices will only be delivered electronically using the billing and contact information provided by Customer. Customer agrees to provide clear indication with its payment as to which invoices (or portions thereof) the payment should be applied. Alternatively, these payment details can be emailed to Xxxxxxx@Xxxxxxx.xxx no later than the date of payment.
Our Right to Make Payments and Recover Overpayments If payments which should have been made by us according to this provision have actually been made by another organization, we have the right to pay those organizations the amounts we decide are necessary to satisfy the rules of this provision. These amounts are considered benefits provided under this plan and we will not have to pay those amounts again. If we make payments for allowable expenses, which are more than the maximum amount needed to satisfy the conditions of this provision, we have the right to recover the excess amounts from: • the person to or for whom the payments were made; • any other insurers; and/or • any other organizations (as we decide). As the subscriber, you agree to pay back any excess amount paid, provide information and assistance, or do whatever is necessary to aid in the recovery of this excess amount. Payments; Fees Agent may, in its discretion, receive and retain any amounts payable to a Defaulting Lender under the Loan Documents, and a Defaulting Lender shall be deemed to have assigned to Agent such amounts until all Obligations owing to Agent, non-Defaulting Lenders and other Secured Parties have been paid in full. Agent may apply such amounts to the Defaulting Lender’s defaulted obligations, use the funds to Cash Collateralize such Lender’s Fronting Exposure, or readvance the amounts to Borrowers hereunder. A Lender shall not be entitled to receive any fees accruing hereunder during the period in which it is a Defaulting Lender, and the unfunded portion of its Commitment shall be disregarded for purposes of calculating the unused line fee under Section
3.2.1. If any LC Obligations owing to a Defaulted Lender are reallocated to other Lenders, fees attributable to such LC Obligations under Section 3.2.2 shall be paid to such Lenders. Agent shall be paid all fees attributable to LC Obligations that are not reallocated.
Closing Fees On the Effective Date, the Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, the upfront fees due to the Lenders as heretofore agreed.
Compensation; Payment of Fees and Expenses As compensation for the performance of the Administrator’s obligations under this Agreement, the Administrator shall be entitled to receive $2,500 annually, which shall be solely an obligation of the Servicer; provided, however, notwithstanding the foregoing, such compensation shall in no event exceed the Servicing Fee for the related annual period. The Administrator shall pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder.
