Occupancy Fee. Licensee shall pay to UFRFI a non-refundable sum of $200.00 to cover key lock changes, minor adaptations and other incidental expenses related to the occupancy of the Licensee. The Occupancy Fee shall be paid as an addition to the first month's payment.
Occupancy Fee. The University will provide funding equal to that of a 6% occupancy fee for each occupied room per night at Hotel UMass, excluding rooms paid for by University of Massachusetts accounts. Payments will be made via electronic payment on a quarterly basis.
Occupancy Fee i. Payment in Full, Summer or Fall Move-In, 9-12 month license period: Residents who paid in full for the Summer - Spring, Summer - Summer, Fall - Spring, or Fall - Summer license periods, the occupancy fee is partially refundable if the resident notifies the college of his/her intent to move out by November 1st of the move-in year. Residents will receive a refund equivalent to approximately 45% of the full license fee paid. Residents who request the refund are expected to vacate the unit by the final day of Fall Quarter of the move-in year. For students who move in the Studios in other quarters, or who move in for Summer only, the license fee is not refundable.
Occupancy Fee. During the Term, Inverness Japan shall pay to Xxxxxx Japan as compensation for all the Manufacturing Support Services performed by Abbott Japan pursuant to this Agreement a monthly fixed-fee in the amount of (i) $59,000 plus any applicable Japanese Taxes, if any, during the first 26 months of the Term, and (ii) $89,000 plus any applicable Japanese Taxes, if any, during the remaining months of the Term (the “Occupancy Fee”).
Occupancy Fee. The Resident agrees and acknowledges that by accepting an Offer of Residence at Graduate House the Resident is committing to staying for the full occupancy period (subject to the terms of this agreement). The Resident further agrees to pay an occupancy fee (“the Occupancy Fee”) corresponding to their assigned Room and related Suite for the entire Occupancy Period, as well as the Graduate House Council Fee, and other fees and/or deposits as outlined in Schedules E and F.
Occupancy Fee. Seller agrees to pay Buyer a daily Occupancy Fee of $ from the day of settlement to the date Seller vacates the Property. Seller shall pay the fee in monthly installments, in advance, on the day of each month. The fees shall be paid directly to Buyer, unless Buyer directs otherwise. A $ late fee will be charged if payment is received by Buyer after the day of each month. If Seller vacates before the Vacating Date, Buyer will will not refund any pre-paid fee.
Occupancy Fee. Buyer agrees to pay Seller a daily Occupancy Fee of $ from the Occupancy Date until settlement. On or before the Occupancy Date, Buyer agrees to pay the daily fee from the Occupancy Date to the end of the next calendar month. Thereafter, the fees will be paid in monthly installments, in advance, on or before the first day of each month. The fees will be paid directly to Seller. In the event Seller has collected any Occupancy Fees for days falling after settlement, Seller will reimburse those fees to Buyer at settlement. If settlement does not take place, Buyer will continue to pay the Occupancy Fee until Buyer vacates the Property.
Occupancy Fee. All families with a swimmer in the youth competitive program will be assessed a fee of $200.00 billed annually on the January billing statement. This fee is a non-refundable fee. Swimmers joining after January 1st will be charged this fee in the current swim season in the first month that they are billed. If a swimmer withdraws before January 1st, they will be charged the $200.00 Occupancy Fee when their paperwork is being processed to settle their account.
Occupancy Fee. Occupant agrees to pay Habitat Three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) in monthly installments beginning on the first day of the month during the term of this Occupancy Agreement. If the term begins before or after the first day of the month, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay a prorata occupancy fee of $15.00 per day. This prorata occupancy fee is for the first month only. Should Occupant remain in occupancy beyond the initial term of one year, the occupancy fee shall be increased by $25.00 per month for each six month period beyond the initial 12 month term at the sole discretion of Habitat. Habitat shall have the right to charge and collect a late fee for any installment not received within ten (10) business days after the installment is due. The amount of the late fee shall be established by Habitat with notice of the amount given to Occupant, and is subject to change during the term of this Occupancy Agreement. Notice of any change in the amount will be given to Occupant in writing at least thirty days prior to said change going into effect.
Occupancy Fee. Occupant shall pay rent one day prior to the beginning of each thirty (30) day period during the Term in the amount specified through the booking process known as base rate, nightly rate, etc. (the “Occupancy Fee”) per the specified duration of each night.
