CHARGES FOR THE FALL AND SPRING SEMESTERS. Contract Termination before Contract Start Date: Student shall pay the following Contract Release Fee: • 20% of housing charges for contracted period if contract is terminated between May 1, 2016 and the Contract Start Date. Contract Termination after Contract Start Date: Student shall pay the Daily Contract Rate multiplied by number of days between the Contract Start Date and the later of the date Student terminates the contract or vacates the room, plus the following Contract Release Fee: • 25% of remaining housing charges for termination between the Contract Start Date and the 15th class day of the fall semester. • 50% of remaining housing charges for termination between the 16th class day and the 20th class day of the fall semester. • 75% of remaining housing charges for termination between the 21st class day and the 25th class day of the fall semester. • 100% of remaining housing charges for termination after the 25th class day of the fall semester.

  • Spring Semester Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in a Liquidated Fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Overtime or Callout Which Does Not Abut the Succeeding Shift (1) When overtime is worked there shall be an elapsed time of eight hours between the end of overtime and the time the employee reports for duty on the next regular shift, with no shortfall out of their regular shift.

  • Callout Time Which Abuts the Succeeding Shift (1) If the callout is for three hours or less, the employee will be required to work the callout period and the whole of the abutting shift. In this case, compensation shall be overtime rates for the callout period and straight-time rate for the regular shift.

  • Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”].   • Evening Shift Differential A shift premium of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour shall be paid:

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Fall Semester The ITRC chair will facilitate the second year of the tenure review process for each probationary faculty member.

  • Deposits for Charges Subject to Escalation Deposits requested to cover estimated charges for timber subject to escalation under B3.2 shall be based upon Current Contract Rates and related de- posits in effect during previous calendar quarter. B4.215 Deposits When Payment Xxxxxx- xxxx. To the extent payment guarantee is provided under B4.3, requirements for advance cash deposits under B4.212 shall be waived for the value of timber on Sale Area that is cut, but not removed, and for the value of products removed from Sale Area for not more than a monthly billing period, subject to the provisions of B4.4. B4.216 Blanket Cash Deposits. Purchaser may make cash deposits under a written agreement to cover charges made under this and other timber sale con- tracts within the same National Forest. Forest Service shall allocate such deposits to such timber sales. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this timber sale shall be reallocated to other timber sales within the same National Forest at Purchaser’s request. Purchaser shall not start cutting until allocation has again been made to this timber sale.
