Release Fee definition

Release Fee has the meaning given to the term in the Assurance Letter.
Release Fee means $10,000 for each Release Mortgaged Property.
Release Fee means, with respect to each Mortgaged Property released from the Collateral Pool pursuant to Article VII, a fee equal to $15,000.

More Definitions of Release Fee

Release Fee means, with respect to each Mortgaged Property released from the Collateral Pool pursuant to Article VII, a fee equal to $15,000. Provided however, if a Collateral Release Property is released from the Collateral Pool in conjunction with such Mortgaged Property being added to the collateral pool under the Other Credit Agreement, the Release Fee shall be waived for the aggregate of the first three (3) transactions which are either Mortgaged Properties transferred from the Collateral Pool under this Agreement to the collateral pool under the Other Credit Agreement, or Mortgaged Properties transferred from the collateral pool under the Other Credit Agreement to the Collateral Pool under this Agreement.
Release Fee means with respect to any Release effected in accordance with Section 3.04(c), a fee in the amount of $10,000 per Release Mortgaged Property.
Release Fee means with respect to any Release effected in accordance with Section 3.04(c), a fee in the amount of $5,000 per Release Mortgaged Property.
Release Fee means a fee charged by a towing company to release a motor vehicle after the towing company has begun to tow the motor vehicle;
Release Fee means one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the portion of the Loan attributed by the Lender to the Release Property. The allocated portion of the Loan with respect to each entire parcel constituting a portion of the Property shall be determined by the Lender based upon the Lender’s review and approval, prior to the Partial Release Date, of the appraisal reports ordered by the Lender in accordance with subparagraph (c) above.
Release Fee means the sum of $5,000,000 (five million dollars) excluding value added tax.
Release Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.
