Common use of Charter Schools Clause in Contracts

Charter Schools. The District may sponsor a school as a charter school only if the following criteria are met: A. All MBUs and White Collar/Food Service employees of the charter school shall be employees of the District. B. All provisions of this Agreement and the Agreement for White Collar/Food Service employees shall be in full force and effect at the charter school. C. The school shall follow the provisions of Phase Five of the standards approved by the TUSD Board and monitored by the TUSD/TEA Joint Committee.
