One SRO will be assigned to Century High School and part time to Xxxxxxx Middle School; one SRO will be assigned to Xxxx Xxxxxxxx High School; one SRO will be assigned to Mayo High School; and one SRO will be assigned half-time to Phoenix Academy and half-time to Rochester Alternative Learning Center (“ALC”); one SRO will be assigned half-time to Xxxx Xxxxx Middle School and half-time to Willow Creek Middle School. Although assigned at a particular school, each SRO is expected to perform SRO duties at the District’s other schools within the City of Rochester, as needed. Locations of assignments may change upon mutual agreement of the parties.

The Township agrees to assign Class III Police Officers (SRO) to the School Districts as designated in the interlocal services agreements signed by each school district for the duration of the school calendar year subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. The SRO(s) shall have primary contact with the headmaster of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Academy and the School liaisons as designated by the head master. The SRO(s) shall be required to report their location to the Franklin Township Police Department at all times.
