Common use of Check-Off Forms Clause in Contracts

Check-Off Forms. During the life of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the form of Authorization for Check-Off of Dues hereinafter set forth, and to the extent the laws of the State of Michigan permit, the Employer agrees to deduct Union membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union from the pay of each employee who executes or has executed the Authorization for Check-Off of Dues Form.
